- 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first when traveling more than 25 miles / 40 kilometers from the original TECH-NET PROFESSIONAL AUTO SERVICE® repair facility.
In the event you need assistance on a warranty related repair when traveling beyond 25 miles / 40 kilometers from the original service facility, the warranty program administrator will direct you to the nearest in-network service facility to handle the warranty related repair. Ask for complete warranty coverage information and details on your next service visit.

The ToYourRescue™ Roadside Assistance Program from TECH-NET PROFESSIONAL AUTO SERVICE® centers offer 365 days of 24/7 roadside assistance and is complimentary with your qualifying service.
It’s Simple & Straightforward
When you purchase $25 or more in service from a TECH-NET PROFESSIONAL AUTO SERVICE® center, you’re covered for 365 days when you need a tow-to-safety, lock-out aid, battery jump start, emergency fuel delivery, or flat tire changing assistance.
The Program benefit is limited to the reimbursement of two (2) roadside assistance incidents for any covered services per Coverage Period per Covered Vehicle, up to a maximum eligible reimbursement amount of seventy-five ($75.00 USD) dollars per disablement (the “Benefit Limit”).
How to Receive Roadside Assistance Services
If you are in need of roadside assistance, call the 24-Hour ToYourRescue™ 365 Roadside Assistance program toll-free number at 1-866-588-0728 (option 2). The roadside assistance administration will schedule the dispatch. The service provider (the “Service Provider”) requires use of a credit card to arrange for dispatch. You will be reimbursed for covered services up to the Benefit Limit upon our receipt of your complete request for reimbursement.
How to Receive Reimbursement for Services
Documents and claim form (receipt of roadside assistance services and original repair invoice) may be sent by fax to 866-924-3668, by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or by postal mail to TECH-NET Customer Care, P.O. Box 17659, Golden, CO 80402.
If service provider does not provide a service receipt, click here to download, print, and complete a reimbursement claim form and submit in substitution of invoice.
